Hello, prospective new puppy owners! This puppy questionnaire introduces you to us and helps us get to know potential new families and homes we are choosing for our puppies.
Submitting this application does not mean you are committing to a puppy, nor does it guarantee you will get a puppy. We will use it to help us identify a good potential match for one of our puppies with you, your family, and your lifestyle. This is not intended to be judgmental but rather our effort to find the best fit for our puppies and potential new owners.
We are planning to have our next litter in the spring of 2024.

What to expect:
We will review your application. As mentioned above, we are trying to find a good fit between the puppies and new owners. If it seems there is a good fit with you and the pups, we will notify you and let you know what puppies are available.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be required to reserve a specific puppy. We start taking deposits when our puppies are 2 weeks old. Please make this deposit within 24 hours of the approval e-mail.
While it’s unlikely, we reserve the right to refuse any placement at any time and refund the deposit.
PRICE: to be announced.
GOING HOME: It is not in the puppy’s best interest to keep them for extended times; it is critical for the social development that they are introduced to their new home and family at an appropriate age. If you have events that would conflict with taking in a young puppy please wait until your schedule allows you to do so.
CONTRACT: There will be a contract that goes along with the sale of the puppy. You will be provided with a copy of the contract in advance of picking up/receiving the puppy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.
REGISTRATION PAPERS: The parents of the litter are AKC registered and the puppies are AKC eligible. You will be provided with an AKC Ownership Registration Form.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: All our puppies will go home with a 30-day FREE medical insurance (the policy will be issued by Trupanion Insurance Company) with unlimited coverage for all new injuries and illnesses. This special offer will be available for puppies when activated within 24 hours of going home to their new families.

· Immediate coverage, waiting periods are waived
· $250 deductible, 90% coverage, and NO payout limits
